Tài liệu đào tạo thực hành lâm sàng cho điều dưỡng mới
Ở Việt Nam, Luật Khám bệnh, Chữa bệnh số 40/2009/QH12 ngày 23 tháng 11 năm 2009 và Nghị định số 109/2016/NĐ-CP ngày 1 tháng 7 năm 2016 đã qui định điều dưỡng viên mới tốt nghiệp phải trải qua thời gian 9 tháng thực hành tại cơ sở khám bệnh, chữa bệnh để được cấp chứng nhận thực hành trước khi đăng ký hành nghề.
Nhằm nâng cao năng lực cho điều dưỡng viên mới đáp ứng Chuẩn năng lực cơ bản của điều dưỡng Việt Nam, Bộ Y tế đã phối hợp với Cơ quan Hợp tác Quốc tế Nhật Bản (JICA) triển khai Dự án “Tăng cường hệ thống đào tạo lâm sàng cho điều dưỡng viên mới tốt nghiệp” từ tháng 5 năm 2016, sử dụng nguồn viện trợ của chính phủ Nhật Bản. Dự án đã xây dựng bộ tài liệu đào tạo thực hành lâm sàng cho điều dưỡng viên mới và Cục Khoa học, Công nghệ và Đào tạo, Bộ Y tế xin trân trọng giới thiệu bộ tài liệu này.
In Vietnam, it is mentioned in the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment No.40/2009/QH12 dated November 23rd, 2009 and Decree No.109/2016/NĐ-CP dated July 1st, 2016 that new-graduated nurses need to complete 9 months of practicing at medical facilities before registering their professional license. However, current legal documents have not stipulated clearly training program, training materials and evaluation method before issuance of clinical practice certificate.
With the aim of improving the capacity of nurses to meet the competency standards of Vietnamese nurses, the Ministry of Health in cooperation with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) conducts the project “Strengthening clinical training system for new graduate nurses in Vietnam” funded by the Government of Japan since May 2016. The Project developed the set of training materials for new-graduate nurses for implementation of clinical practice and the Administration of Science, Technology and Training under Ministry of Health (Central Project Management Unit-CPMU) would like to introduce these materials.
